- Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are undamaged.
- We do not accept returns on lingerie.
- Gowns priced over $600 are non-returnable.
- If a gown does not fit according to the measurements you provided, or your measurements are bigger or smaller from the date of purchase, returns are not accepted, and you will be responsible for the cost of a remake or alterations. Proof is required.

1. **All Sales Final:** All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exceptions on alterations or bespoke gowns.

2. **Alteration Costs:** If your dress does not fit due to weight gain or weight loss after initial appointment and measurements taken, additional alteration costs will apply, with no refunds available.

3. **Unclaimed Gowns:** If a gown is left past the Event date date for 2 months, we reserve the right to donate it.

4. **Payment of Alterations:** Our seamstresses will only work on alterations that have been paid for in advance.

5. **Payment Plans:** We offer payment plans that require a 25% downpayment.
