    At JTBBA, we strive to make your experience as seamless as possible, from the first fitting to the final stitch. We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate your needs. You can pay for bridal alterations using major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, we accept payments through PayPal and bank transfers for your convenience. For in-store transactions, we also welcome cash, card, check, and tap to pay payments. Rest assured that whichever payment method you choose, your financial information is handled securely and with the utmost confidentiality.   • What is the alteration and bespoke return policy for wedding gowns?
    At JTBBA, we are dedicated to ensuring that each bride looks perfect on her special day. However, please be aware of our policies regarding alterations and bespoke gown returns: 1. **All Sales Final:** All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exceptions on alterations or bespoke gowns. 2. **Alteration Costs:** If your dress does not fit due to weight gain or weight loss after initial appointment and measurements taken, additional alteration costs will apply, with no refunds available. 3. **Unclaimed Gowns:** If a gown is left past the Event date date for 2 months, we reserve the right to donate it. 4. **Payment of Alterations:** Our seamstresses will only work on alterations that have been paid for in advance. 5. **Payment Plans:** We offer payment plans that require a 25% downpayment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies to help us maintain the highest level of service for all of our brides.
  • What is the return policy on made to order dresses at Just the Beginning Bridal and Alterations?
    At JTBBA, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their bridal purchases. Our return policy is as follows: - Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are undamaged. - We do not accept returns on lingerie. - Gowns priced over $600 are non-returnable. - If a gown does not fit according to the measurements you provided, or your measurements are bigger or smaller from the date of purchase, returns are not accepted, and you will be responsible for the cost of a remake or alterations. Proof is required. We pride ourselves on tailoring elegance, stitch by stitch, and are committed to helping you find the perfect fit for your special day.
